Metro 6R4/ DAM 4100
As new, Built new in 2000 (not from 20year old rusty parts),only done 200 competetive miles with Karl Broad, Mark Slater. Recently purchased from WRC sales for £70k, but updated since then:
New £32,000 engine 350bhp @10,500 rpm Goodmans engineering 2.5ltr fitted 100 miles ago.
Fresh R and D dog box. good thick wall plated diffs, in date seats and new 3" probelts, 360 electric fire extinguisher, Peltor £500 intercom etc
This car is 150kg lighter than original metro, by using kevlar skin on spaceframed chassis, and 6" longer for stability. Currently registered on a genuine 6R4 chassis plate, so is RAC log booked till 2010. Great for tarmac, but can be reset for gravel like Andy Hornes similar example.
Large set of 15" and 18" Wheels/ tyres and kevlar bodywork availiable. Currently at Tal in Cannock for new wishbones /driveshafts upgrade. Tax insured, Moted, engine certificate, bag tank certificate, protective workshop cover.
